Starting her latest venture in March 2020, Phylisa has demonstrated resilience and adaptability, ensuring her businesses thrive even during challenging economic times. Her ability to maintain operations and secure continuous employment for her team, especially during the economic downturns of 2007, 2008, and the recent pandemic, highlights her commitment to her employees and her business acumen.
Phylisa’s passion for owning and managing businesses, combined with her deep understanding of the real estate market, positions her as a trusted leader in the commercial real estate investing sector. Joseph Dever, Co-Founder
Joseph Dever is the co-founder of Prosperity Integrity Investments, a leading commercial real estate investing company dedicated to creating wealth with integrity. With extensive experience in project management and technical installations, Joseph brings a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic vision to the company.
As a Project Manager at Kingdom Communications, Joseph has overseen the installation of advanced voice, data, and video wiring systems, including Cat 5e, fiber optics, coax, CCTV security systems, and commercial speaker systems. His technical proficiency and leadership have been instrumental in successfully completing projects for hotels, offices, homes, construction trailers, apartments, bars, churches, warehouses, and more.
Joseph’s background in managing complex projects and his hands-on experience in various industries have equipped him with the skills to drive Prosperity Integrity Investments forward.
